The application via form, fax or online is binding and obliges the applicant to full payment of the course fee. The prices of each course include statutory value-added tax (VAT). Please transfer the respective sum to the bank account given in the application form.
Application
Due to great demand, the number of free places in every course is limited. The acceptance of reservations happens in chronological order of received and properly filled-in application forms.
Should we receive applications for already sold-out workshops we will endeavor to offer you alternative options. Should this not be possible, the application fee will be refunded.
Cancellation
Limited number of participants! Entry in workshops happens after receival of the application fee. In case of cancellation: Until 14 days before start of the respective workshop 50% of the original fee will be refunded; Until 7 days before start of the respective workshop 25% of the original fee will be refunded. If participation in the workshop is cancelled less than 7 days before start of the workshop, no refund will be made.
Entry Conditions
The application of underage persons can only be carried out by their legal representative. For the registration at the event location all participants must show their course confirmation and/or a credit slip.
A successful dance class can only be guaranteed through punctual and regular participation. Absence from the workshop will not relieve the participants from their obligation to pay. In case of illness a doctor’s certificate is to be shown, refunds are left to the event organizer’s discretion and will be only granted in valid cases. All participants must follow the event location’s house rules. All participants are liable for any damages to objects in the event location and/or the event location caused by themselves. The event organizer is not liable objects brought by the participants. Coupons cannot be payed off in cash. Filming and taking pictures of the workshops is not allowed without prior approval. All participants must confirm that pictures and videos of themselves can be published by the event organizer. Copyrights belong to the event organizer and/or the respective dance instructor.
